We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to sizing or preference, we offer:
- Store credit or
- Exchanges (subject to availability)
Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must not have any marks, stains, or scents (e.g. deodorant, perfume)
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear, if applicable)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactcoloursheep@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will provide:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund, and
- Cover any return shipping costs
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only provided for:
- Faulty items
- Items that do not match their description
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued
- Store credit is issued in the form of a digital code and does not expire
Return Process

- Your order number
- Reason for return
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your item.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
