All standard orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
During high-demand drops, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Australia Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
- Australia Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or external factors outside our control.
3. Pre-Order Items
Some items may be listed as pre-order.
Pre-order items require additional production and fulfilment time and may take 2–4 weeks longer than standard shipping times before being dispatched.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your item is not immediately in stock
- Fulfilment may take up to 2–4 weeks before dispatch
- Pre-order items may ship separately from in-stock items
We do our best to meet estimated timeframes; however, delays may occur due to production or supply chain factors.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly advertised.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates are managed by third-party carriers and may take time to update.
6. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Weather events or natural disruptions
- Public holidays or peak demand periods
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
We will always assist where possible, but exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
7. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order appears lost:

Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss.
8. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
9. International Orders
International customers are responsible for:

- Import taxes
- Any additional charges imposed by their country
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
10. Shipping During Drops / High Demand
During product drops or high-demand periods:
- Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received
- Processing times may be extended
- Stock is not reserved until payment is completed
